Quality Systems
From the beginning the founders of E-Steel were determined to build a Company that was different from its competitors. A Company built on solid foundations and core values. By far the number one value that the Company strives to live by is "Quality", because to achieve quality one must up hold many other values. Values such as Honesty, Integrity, Consistency, Reliability, Commitment, Value and Accuracy.
One of the things we have learned as a Company is that to achieve Quality you must strive constantly to improve. The goal posts are being shifted constantly, forcing us to push harder and improve more every day.
As well as AS ISO 9001/2008 we have also initiated an internal O.F.I. programme.
OFI (Opportunity for Improvement program)
The OFI program was created in 1999 as a system to improve our service to our Customers. This constant evolution has proved itself to be a valuable system with many new innovations already implemented.
From start to finish
Our quality systems ensure that our products are kept in top condition from the start of it’s processing, to the minute it arrives at its destination. The quality system encompasses; maintaining a level of cleanliness rarely seen in the industry, in all areas of the company, quality equipment that is well maintained and run, well trained staff and processes that greatly reduce the likelihood of accidents and stock damage. All this is part of a system for better supply.
